By positioning myself at just the right point on Earth and just the right time, I can capture the silhoutte of the International Space Station against the blinding light of the sun. By using a modified telescope, instead of being so overwhelmingly bright, we can resolve atmospheric details on the sun.
This was captured immediately after a modification to the solar panels on the ISS, which is why the gap between some of the panels appears to be partially blocked.
For paper prints, the size indicated is the "leaf size", which will include a 1" white border for handling and framing. The frame is a molded wood with acrylic cover, including a simple white matting.
Metal prints are fabricated using a proprietary printing process that boasts a non-reflective surface that allows for the deepest display of color and contrast available for print. The image is printed right to the edge of the material.
