 This is a high contrast look at our moon, captured using a telescope and over 30,000 individual images. These detailed portraits during early phases reveal the incredible texture along the terminator line, as lengthening shadows create natural contrast. By diligently color balancing the image, gentle saturation adjustments bring out the subtle color in the lunar regolith. This is real color. Despite the gray façade, are moon is filled with secrets. 

The size indicated is the "leaf size", which will include a 1/2" white border for handling and framing.
