"An Ominous Shadow" by Andrew McCarthy

To the eye- the total lunar eclipse doesn't shine like a jewel, it burned like a coal. This naked-eye view of our moon in Earth's shadow in a total lunar eclipse, glowing red from our sunsets being cast onto its surface. A total lunar eclipse happens when the Moon is completely concealed by the darkest potion of Earth's shadow, known as the "Umbra". The view to your eyes is ominous. Without understanding the mechanics of the elipse, I could see how these events could cause superstition in even the most rational people.
For paper prints, the size indicated is the "leaf size", which will include a 1" white border for handling and framing. The frame is a molded wood with acrylic cover, including a simple white matting.
Metal prints are fabricated using a proprietary printing process that boasts a non-reflective surface that allows for the deepest display of color and contrast available for print. The image is printed right to the edge of the material.
